A Passion for Gardening…

I have always had a passion for gardening, nature, art and design therefore it seemed only natural to pursue a career in garden design.

Having designed several small town gardens in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, where I am based, I was asked to design a show garden for Gardeners' World Live 2005. The 5m x 5m garden on Sunflower Street was designed to promote the idea of growing and eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day and won an RHS Gold Medal.

In 2006 I was invited back to Sunflower Street and went on to receive my second RHS Gold Medal for the Y-Front Garden, another edible garden aimed at a young, busy family who want to grow more exotic or expensive produce.
